We are seeking an experienced Utility Construction Foreman to lead crews on underground utility construction project throughout Eagle Pass and the surrounding South and Central Texas region. Our work includes water, sewer, storm drainage, and site utility installation for municipal, commercial, and private development projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily underground utility construction operations.
- Manage field crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate installation of water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and related utility systems.
- Understand, read and interpret construction plans, profiles, and utility specifications.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards, trench safety requirements, and company policies.
- Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
- Complete daily reports, production tracking, and crew documentation.
- Troubleshoot field issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of underground utility construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader.
- Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm drainage, and utility installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, profiles, and grade stakes.
- Experience with trench boxes, shoring systems, and excavation safety.
- Familiarity with TxDOT specifications, municipal utility standards, and project inspections is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 30 certification and Competent Person training are a plus.
